Free tier (planned)

The PRD targets a limited Free tier. The canonical list of runbook slugs we intend to expose without payment lives in the repo at apps/reader/src/data/free-tier-runbooks.json for engineering handoff to Clerk + API gating.

Planned Free-tier runbook slugs (path under content/runbooks, without .md). Enforcement waits on Clerk + API (Phase 1B.2).

Current slugs:

• evaluation/prompt-injection-testing
• operational/ai-vendor-risk-review
• incident-response/incident-data-leakage-from-model-output
• operational/quarterly-model-review

Until Phase 1B.2 ships, this reader shows the full library to all visitors (no auth).
